In January of 2023 NLA formed a new entity called NLA Capital Partners.

We formed a partnership with the ARCTRUST Reit to acquire well located Industrial facilities across the country.

Our focus is on middle market credits. That is companies with revenue north of $100,000,000 or greater and EBITDA of $20,000,000 or greater.

We buy sale leasebacks & net leases with 15 -20 years of term or greater.

ARCTRUST is a 40 year old private REIT based in New Jersey.

ARCTRUST has acquired over $5 Billion of assets.

In 2022 ARCTRUST bought 50 properties totaling over $500,000,000.
